400 HAND SELECTECTED CYMBALS

  • To celebrate Zildjian’s 400th anniversary, we are releasing 400 limited edition vintage cymbals from the Zildjian family's private vault. We’ve selected 200 of our finest 20” vintage A rides, which were produced during the mid-1940’s, and 200 15” vintage A crash cymbals produced between the mid-1930s and mid-1950s. These cymbals were produced in the original U.S. factory in Quincy, MA.

     

    Each cymbal in this collection features individual characteristics such as stick marks and fingerprints, some of which belonged to Armand Zildjian and Avedis Zildjian III.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Each case will include a certificate of authenticity signed by Craigie Zildjian. This piece will certify that each cymbal is one of the 400 hand selected cymbals picked out of the family's private cymbal vault.

CYMBAL ADAPTER & CYMBAL GLOVES

These vintage cymbals feature the original mounting hole on the bell. For your convenience, an adapter has been included so you can play this cymbal on a modern cymbal stand. Special cymbal gloves will also be included for the handling of these instruments.
